Jim provided excellent service for me. When I finally decided to purchase some equipment from him, he provided me with a quote very quickly and obtained the necessary products very quickly as well. When he came to install the equipment, he spent a lot of time making sure that it obtained the optimum result for my TV service. He checked each of my TVs both before and after the equipment installation to make sure the service was improved on each of them. He showed me how to sign in and made sure I had all of my extra streaming services working on each of my 6 TVs.
