Jim provided excellent service for me. When I finally decided to purchase some equipment from him, he provided me with a quote very quickly and obtained the necessary products very quickly as well. When he came to install the equipment, he spent a lot of time making sure that it obtained the optimum result for my TV service. He checked each of my TVs both before and after the equipment installation to make sure the service was improved on each of them. He showed me how to sign in and made sure I had all of my extra streaming services working on each of my 6 TVs. I had a great experience working with Jim from R.S. Media Services. He loves what he does and it shows. He was professional, fast, reliable and did the extras for me. Waited for cable company to come, worked with the builder to get installtion properly done for my music and television system. He set up the television in the living room and I had an issue with a televion in the master bedroom with all the windows. I now have one that come down from the ceiling. He worked it out and had this all done. The music sound sysem installed blew me away. I was so happy and impressed that we added an additional music room with a turn table and amp.
