Jim found that the opposite was true and his very thorough analysis saved our plasma TV, which was headed for the trash. He is extremely knowledgeable about anything having to do with television, stereo, Blu-ray, DVD, cable, Internet, computers, and explains things very clearly. This gave me great confidence in Jim’s understanding of how everything works together as well as what equipment was needed to get the system up and going. Home media systems are very complex and one really needs a professional to get them up and going correctly. Jim also took the time to explain what more could be done if I wanted a completely up-to-date and top of the line system. He was in no rush to sell me anything. He let me decide what level of audio performance we wanted. I am not a musician or an audiophile , so I didn’t really need the best of the best and he honored my desire to create a good system that was adequate for my needs.
